Technical Background
Site is designed to be simple to maintain and easy to use even on low resolution screens.
Therefore it is mostly written in strict HTML with a small amount of JavaScript.
Structured CSS is used and is in the styles folder.
It was developed using Web Expression and there is a master DWT to control the consistent look and control of all pages.
